How Everett Plumbing Pros Works
Everett Plumbing Pros is a phone line, not a plumbing company. When you call (425) 845-0233, we ask a few questions about the problem and connect you with an independent local plumber who works your part of Everett or the surrounding Snohomish County cities.
We'd rather you know exactly what you're calling. Here's how the service works, what we don't do, and how to protect yourself once a plumber is on the phone or at your door.
What we are
We're a referral service. You call, we listen to what's going on, the neighborhood or city you're in, and the type of problem, and we pass that along to an independent plumbing contractor who covers your area.
The plumber you're connected with isn't our employee. They run their own business, set their own price, and are the one who actually shows up and does the work.
That matters because it changes what you should expect from a call. We can tell you that a plumber covers Silver Lake or Mukilteo. We can't tell you exactly when they'll arrive, what they'll charge before they've heard the details, or whether a job is a repair or a replacement. Those are questions for the plumber, once they know what's actually going on at your house.

What we don't do
A few things worth being clear about before you call:
- We don't send a crew or a truck
- We don't set the price for any job
- We don't take payment for plumbing work
- We don't promise a specific arrival time or outcome
How to protect yourself
Washington requires plumbing contractors to be registered with the Department of Labor & Industries, and plumbers must hold an L&I plumbing certificate. Before work starts, ask the plumber for their L&I registration number and look it up on L&I's Verify a Contractor tool.
Ask for a written estimate before any work begins, and ask whether the job needs a permit and who's responsible for pulling it. Water heater replacements and side sewer work, for example, generally need one.
None of this takes long on the phone. A plumber who's used to doing things right won't mind being asked for a registration number or a written price. If someone balks at either question, that's worth noting before they start any work in your house.
Areas and problems we handle
We take calls from Everett neighborhoods such as Silver Lake, Port Gardner, and Bayside, plus nearby cities including Lynnwood, Mukilteo, and Mill Creek. See the full list on service areas.
The calls we hear most are about water heater repair, drain cleaning, sewer line issues, and after-hours emergencies like a burst pipe or a backed-up line. If you're not sure which one fits, just call and describe what you're seeing.

Common questions
Are you the plumber who does the work?
No. We're a referral line. We connect you with an independent local plumbing contractor who quotes the job and does the actual work.
How do you pick which plumber I get?
We match you with a plumber who covers your neighborhood or city and can take on the type of job you're describing.
How do I check that the plumber is registered?
Ask for their Washington L&I registration number and search it on L&I's Verify a Contractor tool before agreeing to any work.
Does calling cost anything?
No, calling the line costs nothing. The plumber sets the price for the actual job once they know the details.
